Understands Utah Women
The pressure to be the perfect mom, wife, employee, and church member. The comparison culture. The "everything is fine" mask. She gets it — and she creates a space where you can finally take it off.
Women I work with in Utah
You're accomplished, capable, and holding it together — but the internal cost is getting harder to ignore.
High-Functioning Anxiety
You look like you have it all together — the family, the career, the community involvement — but inside you're running on worry and adrenaline. You can't turn your brain off and you're exhausted from keeping up the performance.
Perfectionism
Nothing you do feels good enough. You over-prepare, over-analyze, and still lie awake replaying what you could have done better. The bar keeps moving higher and you keep chasing it.
Career Stress & Burnout
You've worked hard to get where you are, but the pressure is unsustainable. You're questioning whether this is really what you want — or whether you're just doing what's expected.
Life Transitions
A move, a new role, a relationship shift, becoming a parent — change is supposed to be exciting, but it's triggering anxiety you didn't expect.
Overwhelm & Mental Load
You're managing everyone's schedules, emotions, and needs — often without acknowledgment. The invisible labor is real, and it's taking a toll on your wellbeing.
Relationship Anxiety
You overthink conversations, replay conflicts, and struggle to feel secure — even when things are objectively fine.

Yes. I'm based in Park City, Utah, and all sessions are conducted on Mountain Time — the same time zone as every Utah client. There's no time conversion needed. I'm a Utah Licensed Psychologist (#103891402501) and have been serving Utah women for years.
Yes. I work exclusively with women experiencing anxiety, high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, career stress, overwhelm, and life transitions. I understand the unique pressures Utah women face — the expectation to balance career, family, community, and faith while making it all look effortless. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with a whole-person perspective — paying attention to how stress shows up in both your mind and body.
